As a learning business partner working closely with me during previous organisational roles, Manish has been instrumental in designing and implementing key talent development initiatives with some of my leadership teams. While designing one such leadership pipeline program for a group of senior Vice Presidents from Technology, he helped create significant impact for our organisation's efforts to groom its 'next gen' leadership by embedding elements such as mentoring support, peer networking and leadership insight sessions, in addition to formal learning interventions. During 2019, Manish facilitated workshops for RMIT through N-TWYNE Leadership. The training content and design for the topics was in alignment with RMIT's Personal Edge and Alumni development programs for student and alumni networks. The workshops were designed in consultation with the Careers, Alumni & Industry Relations teams in Saigon and Hanoi in order to make the learning 'bite-sized', experiential and relevant. Given the facilitator's corporate experience of over 19 years in global organisations in HR leadership and business partner roles in Learning, Talent Management and Executive Coaching, including 'campus to corporate' transitions, the learning outcomes for these sessions had a strong focus on personal development, employability and early career stage leadership competencies such as communication, influence and collaboration.
