N-TWYNE Leadership : A trusted Learning and Talent Development Partner to Leaders, Entrepreneurs and Institutes in Vietnam and Asia.

As a start-up female founder, I understand challenges young business owners experience and the crucial need for having coaches and mentors guide us along the early entrepreneurship journey. The session on 'Harnessing the Power of Networking’ delivered by Manish at the Saigon Innovation Hub has really helped entrepreneurs like us gain better insights into the practice of building sustainable professional relationships in the hectic start-up scene in Asia-Pacific, which is full of diverse networking opportunities with investors, partners, and clients. We look forward to having a deeper strategic collaboration with N-TWYNE Leadership for my executive coaching and also for designing training programs on remote management together, to help other businesses like CoXplore in the near future.

Working in a multicultural context comes with severe challenges. The deliveries by N-TWYNE Leadership have helped me to improve the connection with my local staff, making sure that I get the output that I want, in an atmosphere that everyone likes. The workshops facilitated by Manish have really helped me rethink certain situations and issues involving leadership and stakeholder management. As a result, me and my team now have a steeper and more fun learning curve.

As a learning business partner working closely with me during previous organisational roles, Manish has been instrumental in designing and implementing key talent development initiatives with some of my leadership teams. While designing one such leadership pipeline program for a group of senior Vice Presidents from Technology, he helped create significant impact for our organisation's efforts to groom its 'next gen' leadership by embedding elements such as mentoring support, peer networking and leadership insight sessions, in addition to formal learning interventions. This was well appreciated by both the participants and business stakeholders. Amongst other things, Manish brings a fresh perspective and set of insights to the table with his diagnostic and coaching skills. He has a great skill with engaging with participants. I wish Manish all the very best in his future endeavours.

During 2019, Manish facilitated workshops for RMIT through N-TWYNE Leadership. The training content and design for the topics was in alignment with RMIT's Personal Edge and Alumni development programs for student and alumni networks. The workshops were designed in consultation with the Careers, Alumni & Industry Relations teams in Saigon and Hanoi in order to make the learning 'bite-sized', experiential and relevant. Given the facilitator's corporate experience of over 19 years in global organisations in HR leadership and business partner roles in Learning, Talent Management and Executive Coaching, including 'campus to corporate' transitions, the learning outcomes for these sessions had a strong focus on personal development, employability and early career stage leadership competencies such as communication, influence and collaboration.

We are genuinely delighted to have N-TWYNE Leadership join in our journey to nurture ISB’s talented students. The workshops delivered by Manish have been well received and particularly relevant to our students career aspirations. They have also provided students with useful tools on balancing and enhancing the quality of their relationships and lives. We look forward to having more opportunities for cooperation with N-TWYNE Leadership to bring ISB students several helpful and meaningful programs in the future.
