N-TWYNE Leadership draws on Manish’s rich experience as a learning and OD practitioner in global organisations to design and facilitate bespoke programs under the categories of ‘Leadership’, ‘Influence’ and ‘Mentoring’. During the course of his career, Manish has designed and delivered leadership programs and coaching engagements with a wide range of business leaders, management teams and early career stage professionals.

- Most recent role over the past 9 years with Nomura, a leading Japanese investment bank, in a Leadership Development and HR Business Partner role.
- Bespoke learning and coaching deliveries with a wide range of leaders, entrepreneurs and institutes with a focus on 'Leadership', 'Influence' and 'Mentoring’.
- Passionate about making individuals and organisations unearth their potential and a firm believer in contextualizing and integrating skills with business outcomes and the broader cross-cultural global landscape.
